Our Aunt loved the beautiful white arrangement we sent. The florist called because they didn't have one of the flowers shown online in the arrangement and offered to upgrade with a more expensive white flower. Then sent me a picture before delivering it. Great customer service and an amazing fresh and beautiful arrangement!

Superior service! I spent literally hours searching and reading reviews for florists. Instead of choosing the nationwide flower deliveries such as Pro Flowers, 1800Flowers or Teleflora (to name a few) as I have done in the past, I decided I needed to find the right local florist. Some of the nationwide companies go through local florists anyway, so you’re just paying extra for them to be the middle man. And depending on when you want them delivered, you could be looking at additional fees $$$. I finally decided to go with Hiram Floral Shop and placed my order via their web site super late on a Wednesday (close to 2 am). I went through the steps and requested delivery for Friday, so it was pretty much a 24 hour notice. I expected a hefty charge for the quick turnaround, but the charges seemed standard. Just before 11 a.m. on Friday I received a voicemail from Julia who wanted to talk to me about a couple of things. I returned the call shortly after. She wanted to let me know about a substitution she needed to make (covid is effecting supplies in the flower industry too), and some additions she made. It sounded beautiful and she was great to speak with. She even sent me a picture. Before I knew it, the person I sent them to let me know she received the beautiful flower arrangement- basically one hour after speaking with Julia. Communication was excellent. Besides being contacted via the phone call, I received a confirmation email about my order, as well as when it was delivered. I am not one who usually leaves reviews, but Hiram Flower Shop and Julia deserve it. The one and only thing I want to say to the shop is, I wish your web site had photos or gave a description to show/explain the difference between the standard, premium, and deluxe bouquets like some of the nationwide sites do. Otherwise A+++. 100% satisfied. Thank you!!!
